Bedford House: New application for flats

South Woodford already has a surplus of flats and doesn't need any more! But there is yet another application to develop the site of the Victorian House in Bedford Road, South Woodford. The Council have previously refused permission for the demolition of the existing property and the erection of a 2 & 1/2 storey building containing nine flats.
